New Horizons Home Care, Inc.

	Stuart Hanes and Leah H. Hanes Owners My husband, Stuart and I, started New Horizons Home Care, Inc. in 2003 with the vision of helping others. We have deep roots in Yadkin County having spent most of our lives in this area. We are the proud parents of two children, Brittany (Jacob) Shugart and Colton Hanes.

	Debbie Williams Fiscal Affairs Manager I came to New Horizons Home Care, Inc. in November of 2003. I "retired" from Wachovia Credit Operations in 2002. I was the staffing coordinator when I started with New Horizons. As the company grew, I took over responsibility for payroll and bookkeeping. I enjoy working in a business where I feel like we make a difference in people's lives by the services we provide.

	Carolyn G. Moore QP DD Targeted Case Manager I am a 1982 graduate of Britton's Neck High School in Gresham, SC. I graduated from Clafin College, located in Orangeburg, SC, in 1988 with a BA Degree in Sociology. I have been employed at New Horizon Home Care, Inc. since December 2005 as a Targeted Case Manager.

	Allison Griffin QP Case Management Supervisor I graduated from Elkin High School in 1996 and from UNC-Chapel Hill in 2000 with a Bachelor degree in Sociology. I worked in an ICF-MR group home with 6 adults with developmental disabilities after graduation. When I moved back to this area, I worked as the QP for LifeSpan in Dobson. I began working as a Targeted Case Manager with New Horizons Home Care, Inc. in June 2005. In November 2008 I took over the Case Management Supervisor's position and also maintain a small case load.

	Sherry Brock QP DD Targeted Case Manager I have worked with New Horizons Home Care, Inc. for 3 years doing Targeted Case Management. I have been in this field for 20 years. In 1985 I received my BA in Psychology from UNC-Charlotte. I worked for Social Services in Yadkin County for 5 1/2 years, then went to Crossroads Mental Health for 9 years. For the next 5 years I taught a preschool handicapped classroom for Yadkin County Schools and also received my Birth to Kindergarten teaching license. I decided I enjoyed being out in the field more and went back to work doing case management here at New Horizons working with children and adults with disabilities.

	Marty Driver RN, BSN Clinical Nurse Manager I am the Clinical Nurse Manager for New Horizons Home Care, Inc.. I've been a nurse for over 30 years with experience in everything from Pediatrics to Hospice care. I grew up in Yadkin County and usually know the patient or members of the families we serve. My job is not work to me because I love what I do and feel so fortunate that I can serve the people of our community.

	Mattie Johnson Staffing Coordinator I completed my internship here during my senior year at Forbush High School. I graduated from FHS in June of 2010. I started as the Staffing Coordinator in September 2010.

	Laura Sisk Administrative Assistant I have been employed at New Horizons Home Care, Inc. since 2008 as an Administrative Assistant. My primary job duties include billing assistance, filing, and telephone backup.

	Sandra Honeycut Human Resources I have been employed at New Horizons Home Care, Inc. since 2003 and have served in many capacities including billing, filing, human resources, keeping personnel files, and in-services information.
